Health, safety & environment

Safety is engineered into every project

Offshore work is unforgiving of assumptions. We plan safety into the scope before mobilization — in the engineering, the sequence, the resourcing and the supervision.

Philosophy

Zero harm, applied to planning

A zero-harm philosophy means each activity is planned so that harm is not a foreseeable outcome — and that anyone can stop work when it is.

Offshore projects combine lifting, hot work, confined spaces, live systems and marine interfaces, often simultaneously. Our controls are designed around that reality: hazards identified in engineering, mitigations designed into the work sequence, and permits, isolations and supervision enforced at the work front.

Personnel are mobilized against the client's competency, medical and training requirements. HSE performance is reported transparently throughout execution, including near-misses and interventions.

We do not publish safety statistics or claims such as "zero accidents" or "100% incident-free". Verified HSE performance data will be published only once independently recorded.

Controls

How safety is executed offshore

Work control

  • Permit-to-work
  • Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Risk assessments
  • Toolbox talks
  • Method statements
  • Simultaneous-operations control

High-risk activity controls

  • Lifting plans
  • Confined-space procedures
  • Working-at-height controls
  • Hot-work controls
  • Dropped-object prevention
  • Energy isolation and lock-out

Response & assurance

  • Emergency response
  • Incident reporting and investigation
  • Stop-work authority
  • Contractor management
  • Offshore safety procedures
  • Environmental protection
