Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit through our enquiry, RFQ and application forms: company and contact details, project information, and any documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, to prepare technical and commercial proposals, and to maintain a record of correspondence.
Confidentiality
Tender documents, drawings, specifications and commercial information are treated as commercially confidential and shared only with personnel involved in evaluating your enquiry. Where you indicate an NDA is required, we will execute one before technical disclosure.
Storage and security
Submissions and uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary for commercial and record-keeping purposes, and thereafter deleted.
Your requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us using the details on the contact page.
